Feedback

Bee Inspired will provide regular opportunities for individuals to provide constructive feedback on their coaching experience, including how we can improve. 

 

Complaints

Any formal complaints are to be submitted in writing to hello@beeinspired.info

Complainants can expect to receive an initial response within 48 hours of receipt of complaint. Following that, Bee Inspired will thoroughly investigate their concern and formally respond within 30 days.
